Employer of record for independent IT contractors
You've mastered the work.
We master the paperwork.
You find the client and set your rate. Ultradigitech becomes your legal employer, runs compliant payroll, and pays your net salary every month — a smarter way to work independently, without carrying the admin, tax filings, or compliance risk alone.

Payroll intelligence, not guesswork
Four steps, one contract
You stay the master of the client relationship. Everything behind that stays with us.
Land the contract
Negotiate your rate, scope, and start date directly with the client — same as any independent contractor.
Sign with Ultradigitech
One framework agreement. We issue the client-facing contract and become your legal employer of record.
We run the ledger
Timesheets, client invoicing, payroll tax and social security are filed correctly and on time, every month.
Get paid, protected
A fixed net salary lands monthly, with holiday pay, pension accrual, and cover if a contract ends early.
Three ways to contract
Self-employed, an umbrella company, or Ultradigitech — the trade-off is admin and risk, not just the fee.
| Self-employedYou run your own business | Umbrella companyA third party runs your payroll for a fee | UltradigitechWe become your employer and run it ourselves | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Admin & bookkeeping | You file everything | Partly outsourced | Fully handled |
| Employee benefits | None by default | Basic statutory only | Holiday pay, pension, cover |
| Contract-dispute liability | Entirely on you | Shared, case by case | Carried by Ultradigitech |
| Onboarding time | Register a business first | 3–5 business days | Typically 48 hours |
| Point of contact | — | Shared support queue | Named account manager |

Before you switch
The questions that actually decide whether this is worth it.
What happens if a client disputes an invoice?
Ultradigitech is the contracting party, so the dispute is ours to resolve — not a gap in your own cash flow. You're still paid your agreed salary for hours or days already worked while we chase it.
Can I still take on other clients at the same time?
Yes. Each engagement runs under its own service agreement, so you can hold contracts with more than one client in parallel, as long as each one is declared and invoiced through Ultradigitech.
What if the contract ends early?
You're paid for everything delivered up to that point. Because you're employed rather than self-billing, you also keep continuity of social security contributions between contracts, instead of a gap while you find the next one.
Am I locked in?
No long-term commitment beyond the contract you're currently running. Give 30 days' notice to move to a different structure, and your final payroll run and documents are settled on the way out.
Who actually owns the client relationship?
You do. You negotiate scope and rate directly with the client and remain the person they hired — Ultradigitech sits behind that relationship on the contract and payroll, not in front of it.
